I have been with Startlogic for since 08/04...so a little over a year. I have had nothing but the best service from them. I have had virtually no downtime or interrupted service at all. They have gotten great reviews at other review sites. I highly recommend them to all my web design clients.

I have never had to submit a support ticket. The only time I ever had to contact them was by phone and there was very little wait time. The gentleman I talked to was very polite and helped me immediately with my problem (although I don't remember what it was for because it was over a year ago). I did call recently to switch credit cards because I didn't want my old card to be billed anymore and got through right away. So, as far as phone support I haven't experienced in long wait times.

I have experienced downtime once since I joined and it was for only 4 hours. They were updating a server or something. Other than that I have personally not experienced any downtime.
